How do I order a graphic design online?
The graphic design process involves electronic payment from your end, and we work on the design on graphics software like Adobe Illustrator, which can be easily transmitted to you over the internet. For continued communication, e-mail, chats and even Skype conversations are excellent in quality, and come free of cost.
How much will it cost me to get a custom graphic designed from you?
We have kept our services economic and affordable. Do I have to pay up any other hidden charges for my graphic design?

Will I be updated on the design process?
Of course. The moment you sign on with us, you would be able to interact with a specific Design Consultant who would be your single point of communication with our organization, and would promptly and effectively intimate you of the status of your design process. He or she would be trained to communicate your inputs without any loss to the team of designers working on your project, and would get in touch with you with any queries the team may have. You may thus choose to be kept updated on your design at all times.
How soon will I receive my graphic design?
You would receive the first set of design concepts within two - three days of your payment, and from then on you choose the direction you want to go with your custom graphic design. Usually we are able to finalize a design after continued revisions within a week, depending on the range and extent of changes you want. Please note that for some services, the delivery timeline of the initial design concepts may vary.
Can I ask for revisions to my design?
We do offer certain rounds of FREE revisions with all our design services as a part of the design package. Additional revisions can be made with a minimal charge upon your request.
No FREE revisions can be made once the design is finalized from your side.
Please note that there is a difference between revisions and redesigns. Once a design is shortlisted, no major changes e.g. layout change or redesign can be done. Revisions are typically minor changes like text change, color/elements replacements etc.
What if I do not like the graphic design I get?
We would try our best to work on your graphic design till you end up falling in love with it, which is the reason we do offer several rounds of revisions. Chances are you would find a graphic design that is just right for your company.
What if I come up with my own ideas for a graphic design?
We welcome your inputs on your graphic design at all times, and would work to make it a reality. We would come up with various alternative suggestions as well and you can choose the one that is the best for the image of your product or company. Can I get my own graphic design modified?

What about the copyright of my logo design?
